Abstract Date Presented 03/31/2022 This scoping review identified various nonphysical factors that affect return to work (RTW) after an upper extremity injury. Themes were included self-efficacy, social determinants of health, and a need for holistic intervention approaches. Clinicians should remain cognizant addressing psychosocial well-being health can RTW foster improved engagement in resumption work. Outcome measures identify these are defined.
